Sarah Stoma

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Sarah Stoma has been in the field of assisted care living since 2008.  After completing her Applied Science degree in 2005 she sought to pursue a career in helping others.  From the start she promoted a vision of community and psycho-social well-being of geriatric adults through meaningful relationship building activities.  Ms. Stoma's achievement of becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse allowed her to skyrocket through the ranks of service as a nurse in charge of feeding care, oral and intravenous medications/treatments, and responding to satisfaction, maintenance or safety concerns as a resident care coordinator with a numerous staff under her direction.  Now, as owner of Stoma Home Health, Sarah seeks to lend her expertise directly to families in the Houston Metro area.
