Service Description

Stoma Home Health offers championship, friendship, and assistance by accompanying you or a loved one to outside events or activities. Whether it be accompanying Grandma to an exciting game of bingo or escorting a loved one who may be physically challenged, the Stoma Home Health staff are happy to share these exciting outside experiences with you and your family.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be processed if less than 24 hours notice is given.
